2. Products and Services: All products and services are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product descriptions and images accurately; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. This does not include variations in appearance since NO two products will ever be identically alike. Our products are each hand-made to order. We do not mass produce any of our items as we are a self-funded small business so products pictured may vary slightly in appearance when you receive them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payments All prices are listed in USD (US Dollar) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices. Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are delivered. 
4. All Sales Are Final All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase has been completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. If you have any questions prior to purchase, contact us at wildflowersandwhatnots@yahoo.com. Exceptions may only be made at our sole discretion in cases of: - Damaged items during shipping - Incorrect items received Any approved exceptions must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
5. Shipping and Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this Site including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs is the property of Wildflowers and Whatnots LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildflowers and Whatnots LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
8. Disclaimer All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
